Paie pour faire des affaires au Canada<\/h2>\n<p>La paie est d\u00e9j\u00e0 assez confuse aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Vous calculez combien vous devez \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s, vous faites certaines d\u00e9ductions, et vous les remettez \u00e0 l\u2019Agence du revenu du Canada. <\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, ce n\u2019est pas si simple. Les cong\u00e9s f\u00e9ri\u00e9s et les cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s sont obligatoires<\/h2>\n<p>Une autre diff\u00e9rence majeure entre la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des employ\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada est la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des cong\u00e9s et cong\u00e9s. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, ces deux options sont presque enti\u00e8rement optionnelles. Si vous voulez payer vos employ\u00e9s pour un cong\u00e9 ou leur accorder deux semaines de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, c\u2019est votre choix.  <\/p>\n<p>Au Canada, les deux sont obligatoires. Cela signifie que les r\u00e8gles varient d\u2019un endroit \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 et non pay\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Une autre diff\u00e9rence que rencontrent les employeurs am\u00e9ricains lorsqu\u2019ils font des affaires au Canada est l\u2019ensemble robuste de cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s et non pay\u00e9s auxquels les travailleurs canadiens ont droit.
