La Saskatchewan a un ensemble de r\u00e8gles diff\u00e9rent, tout comme l\u2019Ontario.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des employ\u00e9s rel\u00e8vent aussi des r\u00e8gles provinciales, plut\u00f4t que du droit f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019emploi. La loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale pr\u00e9voit des lignes directrices g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, mais la loi provinciale l\u2019emporte presque toujours. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents, salaires diff\u00e9rents<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les employeurs am\u00e9ricains devraient aussi \u00eatre conscients des<a href=\"https:\/\/www.statutoryholidays.com\/national.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> diff\u00e9rents jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s au Canada<\/a>. Bien que vous puissiez accorder \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s la journ\u00e9e de cong\u00e9 du 4 juillet, vos employ\u00e9s canadiens ont en fait droit au 1er juillet, la f\u00eate du Canada. Par exemple, seules certaines provinces offrent un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9 le premier lundi d\u2019ao\u00fbt. On l\u2019appelle de diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons selon les provinces : la Journ\u00e9e de la Colombie-Britannique en Colombie-Britannique, la Journ\u00e9e du Natal en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse et la Journ\u00e9e du patrimoine en Alberta. Le Qu\u00e9bec et le Yukon n\u2019offrent pas ce jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9. C\u2019est optionnel en Ontario.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puisque le salaire minimum est l\u00e9gif\u00e9r\u00e9 au niveau provincial, il varie aussi selon la province. Le salaire minimum de l\u2019Ontario et celui de l\u2019Alberta sont diff\u00e9rents, et ils sont tous deux diff\u00e9rents du Qu\u00e9bec. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diff\u00e9rents programmes sociaux<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les employeurs am\u00e9ricains doivent aussi tenir compte des divers programmes sociaux canadiens.
