L\u2019administration actuelle cherche des moyens de tenir sa promesse de campagne visant \u00e0 abroger cette loi de l\u2019\u00e8re Obama. Plus d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une couverture sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ACA a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour offrir une couverture de soins de sant\u00e9 plus abordable \u00e0 un plus grand nombre d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains. Il n\u2019est un secret pour personne que le co\u00fbt de l\u2019assurance sant\u00e9 a augment\u00e9, et que moins d\u2019employeurs l\u2019offrent maintenant. Cela a laiss\u00e9 des millions d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains sans assurance.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kff.org\/uninsured\/fact-sheet\/key-facts-about-the-uninsured-population\/\">la Kaiser Family Foundation<\/a>, 44 millions d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains \u00e9taient sans assurance en 2013, trois ans apr\u00e8s l\u2019introduction de la loi. La plupart des gens ont une couverture pour moins de 100 $ par mois<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019une des plus grandes pr\u00e9occupations concernant l\u2019ACA a \u00e9t\u00e9 le co\u00fbt du programme. Beaucoup de politiciens estiment que le programme co\u00fbte trop cher au gouvernement, tandis que les employeurs ont exprim\u00e9 des inqui\u00e9tudes quant \u00e0 la hausse des co\u00fbts de l\u2019assurance maladie. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des rapports ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019en 2017, plus de 75% des participants admissibles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaient d\u2019une couverture qui leur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fool.com\/retirement\/2017\/04\/30\/16-obamacare-stats-that-will-blow-you-away.aspx\">co\u00fbtait moins de 100 $ par mois<\/a>. Cela est principalement gr\u00e2ce aux subventions, qui aident \u00e0 compenser les co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s de l\u2019assurance. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\"><span class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Les co\u00fbts restent \u00e9lev\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les 23% restants des Am\u00e9ricains couverts par l\u2019ACA, les primes \u00e9taient \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Les primes sont li\u00e9es aux facteurs de risque, donc les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es avaient tendance \u00e0 payer plus. Quelqu\u2019un dans la soixantaine pourrait se retrouver responsable de plus de 10 000 $ en primes.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les jeunes payaient moins, mais ils payaient quand m\u00eame environ 5 000 $ par ann\u00e9e. Les \u00c9tats souffriraient de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e de l\u2019abrogation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis l\u2019\u00e9lection de 2016, on parle d\u2019abroger l\u2019ACA. Il y a m\u00eame eu des tentatives d\u2019abroger ou de modifier cette loi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019ACA devait \u00eatre abrog\u00e9e, certains \u00c9tats seraient plus gravement touch\u00e9s que d\u2019autres. Le Massachusetts en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/665065\/states-affected-by-possible-aca-repeal-in-us\/\">souffrirait le plus<\/a>. Les \u00c9tats de la Rust Belt comme le Michigan et l\u2019Ohio seraient aussi touch\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e, tout comme certains \u00c9tats producteurs de charbon comme la Virginie-Occidentale.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\"><span class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. L\u2019ACA fait plus que fournir des soins de sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des gens consid\u00e8rent l\u2019ACA comme une loi sur l\u2019assurance maladie, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elle fait bien plus. Les 10 articles de la Loi d\u00e9finissent plusieurs dispositions diff\u00e9rentes, chacune visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un bon exemple est le Conseil national de pr\u00e9vention, qui agit comme coordonnateur de tous les plans f\u00e9d\u00e9raux de promotion de la sant\u00e9. L\u2019id\u00e9e est qu\u2019encourager les Am\u00e9ricains \u00e0 mener une vie plus saine r\u00e9duira le fardeau sur le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\"><span class=\"hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text\" data-hs-cos-general-type=\"meta_field\" data-hs-cos-type=\"rich_text\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019avenir de l\u2019ACA<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019apr\u00e8s ces faits et chiffres, il devrait \u00eatre clair que l\u2019ACA a fait du bien \u00e0 certains \u00e9gards, mais qu\u2019elle a aussi \u00e9chou\u00e9 de loin \u00e0 d\u2019autres \u00e9gards.
