Les horaires courants incluent   <\/span><b>deux semaines<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (26 p\u00e9riodes de paie par ann\u00e9e), <\/span><b>hebdomadaires<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (52 p\u00e9riodes de paie par ann\u00e9e) et <\/span><b>bimensuelles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (24 p\u00e9riodes de paie par ann\u00e9e).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>\u00c9tape 2 : Calculer le salaire brut<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le calcul du bon salaire brut est le point de d\u00e9part pour chaque ch\u00e8que de paie.<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Employ\u00e9s horaires :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Calculez en multipliant le temps enregistr\u00e9 (heures r\u00e9guli\u00e8res + heures suppl\u00e9mentaires) par les taux de paiement r\u00e9guliers et horaires suppl\u00e9mentaires de l\u2019employ\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Employ\u00e9s salari\u00e9s :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Calculez en divisant le salaire annuel par le nombre de p\u00e9riodes de paie par ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Respect des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La <\/span><b>FLSA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> exige que <\/span> les employ\u00e9s <b>non exempt\u00e9s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> soient <\/span><b>pay\u00e9s 1,5 fois<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  leur salaire r\u00e9gulier pour toutes les heures travaill\u00e9es au-del\u00e0 de 40 heures en une seule semaine de travail. Obligations fiscales de l\u2019employeur :<\/b><\/h4>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En plus de la retenue des imp\u00f4ts des employ\u00e9s, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/government-entities\/federal-state-local-governments\/employer-and-payroll-information#Select%20an%20Anchor%20Tag\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les employeurs doivent payer leur part des cotisations<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sociales :<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Contrepartie FICA :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Les employeurs doivent jumeler la contribution des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (<\/span><b>6,2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">%) et \u00e0 Medicare (<\/span><b>1,45%).<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>FUTA (Loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur la taxe sur le ch\u00f4mage) :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pay\u00e9e exclusivement par l\u2019employeur pour financer les prestations de ch\u00f4mage.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>SUTA (State Unemployment Tax Act) :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pay\u00e9e exclusivement par l\u2019employeur (sauf dans quelques \u00c9tats qui exigent une petite contribution d\u2019employ\u00e9).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>C. D\u00e9ductions volontaires :<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>D\u00e9ductions avant imp\u00f4t :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Contributions aux primes d\u2019assurance, FSA, HSA ou r\u00e9gimes 401(k) traditionnels. Celles-ci r\u00e9duisent le montant des revenus soumis \u00e0 l\u2019imp\u00f4t.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>D\u00e9ductions apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4t :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cotisations Roth 401(k), saisies sur salaire ou cotisations syndicales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>\u00c9tape 4 : Payer les employ\u00e9s et les taxes de d\u00e9p\u00f4t<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois le salaire net calcul\u00e9, le processus de paiement commence, suivi imm\u00e9diatement des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts d\u2019imp\u00f4ts.<\/span>\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Distribuer les paiements :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c9mettez le salaire net aux employ\u00e9s par <\/span><b>d\u00e9p\u00f4t direct<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (la m\u00e9thode la plus s\u00e9curitaire et courante), des ch\u00e8ques papier ou des cartes de paie.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Taxes retenues par d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e0 la source :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  C\u2019est une \u00e9tape cruciale de conformit\u00e9. L\u2019employeur doit verser tous les imp\u00f4ts retenus des employ\u00e9s (FIT et FICA) ainsi que leurs cotisations de contrepartie de l\u2019employeur (FICA, FUTA, SUTA) \u00e0 l\u2019IRS et aux autorit\u00e9s fiscales de l\u2019\u00c9tat avant les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances requises.
