Si un employ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019heure r\u00e9pond \u00e0 vos courriels ou termine une t\u00e2che qui prendra beaucoup de temps, vous devez le payer. <\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement important \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et des t\u00e9l\u00e9phones cellulaires. Vos employ\u00e9s pourraient travailler \u00e0 presque n\u2019importe quelle heure de la journ\u00e9e.
